That 550 Shelby you have in your sig picture must be really fast. Care to bring it to the track and see if a Shelby 550 can beat my old out of production motor Saleen? My guess is it is sooo fast and my car so slow you could spot me at least 5 car lengths on the 1/4 and a 1/4 lap on the road course.

i love how that saleen mustang looks. the weird rear end looks cool. the front looks really nice. i do wish they would use the 5.0 engine tho.

They do. Our R & D car, my car, is a S281. The production version will be a S302.

I never once said it couldn't make good power, I'm well aware that the supercharged Saleen's can make BIG power and can rule a road course and I'm a fan of his car's with the forged motors. I think your post was uncalled for since I didn't boast about my personal car and didn't say the old 4.6 couldn't make the power to keep up with the all mighty LS series, it's just the fact that you choose a old car that hardly anybody is going to modify. Its a 1 year only car which most are still sitting on dealer lots and a car that should of never been made. Your dreaming if you think if or maybe when the 4.6L GT looses to the LS3 just about everyone's complaint about the test is the lack of the 5.0L and now I get called out to a race because of stating a fact about the foreseeable future. I accept your apology though, its all good in my book

I have not heard this and have been following many of the tuners for the 5.0. I will say with my Dodge CSRT4 that 85% on the Scangauge = 100% throttle. May be the same case with the 5.0.
