Hello

I ordered my 2011 Black 2SS/RS Camaro on 7/17 and was told it was accepted the same day. It's the 28th, and I haven't heard any news

....I'd love to know where my car is or if it has been started yet. I have about $2000 from my GM card I have to use by Sept 7th and was told by my dealer I can use it once I get a VIN. I was told I'd get a VIN in time. Hopefully you can let me know if my baby has a status yet?

Is there a website or a forum I can go to to get clarity as to what the numbers mean on my work order? And is it still possible for me to receive a VIN by Sept 7th, or use my GM b ucks towards my purchase?

Had a talk with my dealer today, he said, "This coming Tuesday our allocations go in and your order is on that. You will get your VIN before the 7th of September, and more than likely your car around that same time!" I hope he's right. I let him know that I will be out looking in the mean time for the exact car I want because if I don't spend this $2,000 that GM gave me, I won't be buying a car til next Spring!
