Need help deciding what sub and amp to get..

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to this type of thing and need some help choosing what to get and what will match up best. Since I have the factory BA speakers already I would like to get some matching subs and amp. I plan on getting two 10s and an amp, the links below is what I am thinking of getting.

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...cs+GT-475.html

Will this amp and subs match up well together and provide enough power for the two 10s? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

JL Audio has a really good deal right now. Buy an amp get a subwoofer or two free.

I went with the solo sub and amp, but this is a good deal. Keep in mind GM didn't even stick with Boston Acoustic for their factory Subwoofer.

********.com also has some great packages with custom boxes and a wiring harness. I went with their driver's side stealth box and factory harness. Great quality products. Here is a link to their complete packages as well.

Depends on how you want you're system to sound. The setup you're planning on would sound pretty decent (hell of alot better than stock). If you're an obnoxious a-hole like I used to be, definitely need a bigger amp, at least 1000 watt amp and 12" subs would be necessary.
But like I said, your setup should be pretty solid.

I installed a JL Audio Stealthbox with 12" single subwoofer. It is powered by the JL Audio HD750 amp. I love the setup. Just what the BA system was lacking, a little kick! The system now hits fairly hard.

what is your price range? also do not buy off that website, its all refurbished and no warranty. my buddy owns a stereo shop and he showed me a list of websites that were not good, cause i also went to those sites and showed him how cheap i could get some stuff. then he pulled out the email with the list of online stereo shops not to buy from and sonic was one of them.
ummm i do not know alot of sites but sounddomain is good and crutchfield. also check out www.hertzaudiovideo.com if you see anything on there and have any question let me know

Thanks for all the replies.. I will be going with a box from ********. As far as how I want it to sound, basically I just want something to pick up some good bass that the factory system is lacking. Nothing to extreme. Im looking to spend around 5 or 6 hundred for the amp and subs. Any other good suggestions in that range?

Since you're getting the ******** box, why not just get the complete package in one location?

Kicker products are pretty good.

Im still trying to decide exactly what to get. I may go that route or some of the other options posted, I just want to check out all my options and see if anyone else has different suggestions before I decide.

Shut all that cramp off and install a loud exhaust.

i have no clue what you can get in a 600 dollar range. all the stuff i like the amp alone is around 900 and up. still not as expensive as some products.

now i believe you can get some kickers in that range, but don't quote me on it
