havoc wheels question

really like the look of these wheels - esp the black chrome.

anyone know how much they weigh (would like something lighter than the stock wheels - 30lb/rim for front, 32lb/rim for rear.

also, i read by someone that has them that they didnt fit well and had to use spacers - anyone comment on this?

thanks!

I think they're the same weight as the stock - I don't have numbers.
They did not fit with my car lowered with KW V3's - I had to use spacers.
They can scratch easily...

Overall, yes, I'm happy. If I had sufficient funds, i would have outright bought something better and kept my original wheels - this was an exchange.

good luck!

The ones I've seen in person are the wrong offset and tuck in too far. That is why some people are using spacers on them. I like the shape of the spoke pattern, but they are low quality wheels and I won't sell them. OEM wheels are better.

The only ones I've seen that need spacers are people like me who are using the KW V3's, otherwise, i've read of no other people using spacers. I agree that they are not high quality wheels...

nothing. people who say they're low quality don't have a clue.

I have the black chrome Havoc wheels on my Transformer car and they look great. they are the main compliment(s) I get on the car.

and no, I'm not using any spacers and they offset looks fine.

without knowing 100% that Nine Ball was/is referencing - I am guessing they are a cast wheel and are heavy and brittle compared to a forged wheel thats lighter and less prone to breakage.

I definitely wouldnt say that Nine Ball doesnt have a clue, he clearly has demonstrated that he DOES have a clue. but I dont know that for 90% of us, there is a genuine performance need/difference for our street driving needs.

just my .02

I once looked into the Havoc wheels pretty seriously. They are the same size and offsets as the factory SS wheels, 20x8 with +35mm offset and 20x9 with +40 offset. They are a cast wheel like the factory wheels and weigh over 30lbs each.
