I don't personally recall that play, but there are many plays that aren't called wrong but people endlessly wring their hands and clutch their pearls over, regardless of proof of it being ok. It's amusing really. It's a game for entertainment. That being said, Most of us are extremely passionate about the game and our teams much like our beautiful cars. We all manage to get worked into a lather about things at one point or another. So...........

Are you Ready for some FOOTBALL???!!!

Sports are like politics. Start talking about someone else's team and the gloves come off.. Which is why in this entire thread I mentioned NO other team than the team I like.

Honestly I did not know what you were asking when you put the "when it wasn't even a TD against the dolphins?" in there. And I still do not.

And yes I am fine with it. I played 8 years of football, and 13 years of baseball and bad calls go with the game. Same as bad players, bad coaches, bad fields.

Be a Die Hard fan of any team for long enough and you get tired of the people whining about bad calls that did not go their way. However you do not hear crap from them when a bad call goes their way.
End of discussion and story.

CAMARO5 ROCKS!

With that being said...... If anyone wants to talk about the Cowgirls or the Viqueens.. I am good to go.

Just kidding.....

But really. Why is it I get called out by Cowboy fans at the most inopportune moments? Say...um.....10am on a Sunday morning in Bed Bath and Beyond looking at some pots with my 5 yo daughter (wearing my Saints T shirt)?

I picket up a pot and all of a sudden I hear "you ready to face Dallas?" I looked at him as my wife grabbed my arm and said.. "not worried"... that started the ...."what do you mean not worried.... blah blah blah.... "

Funny part was when I was leaving I had the pleasure of watching "Tex"... buckle, nugget ring, handlebar mustache, boots, Gold Star necklace get into his minivan with his life and drive away.

yeah, that was worded wrong, i was just saying the play against the dolphins wasn't a td, but called a td. That is all. And i don't know about most fans, but I will admit if my team gets a bad call go their way.

and i wasn't talking bad about the saints. they just played the game. The refs and replay booth are the people that screwed up. I just find it funny/irritatinig that the nfl uses instant replay, yet they can still mess up a call as blantant as this one. I can understand close calls, or perhaps calls that can't been seen clearly...

Not sure why anyone would think i'm talking crap, it was just a question about a VERY disturbing call...

LMAO! Very salient point 626. Definitely akin to talking REligion or Politics at the table. I think there may only be one party that could top what Bourbon St was like in February. WHEN (not sure how long into the future lol) the Leafs finally win another cup it's going to be batshit crazy up here. The city will have to shut down for a week. It was nutty enough when the Jays won it two years in a row up here. The leaf fans are even more rabid and championship starved.

I have pals who are huge saints fans. I was an honorary one during the playoffs since they are in NFC and I've admired how they've put it together. Black and Geauxld.

LOL well....... If you have ever been on a NFL team forum... Those questions usually start out innocent enough.... Then in the blink of an eye turn into yo-mama jokes.

As a matter of fact.... Take that question to www.blackandgold.com and ask it. You were warned.....

I made a Lions center for my faux fuel cap to replace the Decepticon, but it made the car hard to start and after 45 minutes, the wheels fell off.
