Tune by Texas-Speed
Anybody got there ECU tune by Texas-Speed "mail-order" tune?...would a mail order tune do the trick with my bolt-on mods?
My mods: Doug Thorley LT Headers, SLP "Loud Mouth" Axle-Back Exhaust delete, Airaid MXP CAI, SLP Skip Shift Eliminator, LSR Tri-Ax Short Throw Shifter. http://www.texas-speed.com/shop/item...mid=79&catid=4 |

For boltons, a mailorder tune would be acceptable (not the best, but it would be a huge improvement).
I received a mail order tune from Texas Speed before and it was a pretty solid tune. After I got HPtuners I only modified the parameters slightly. They are very good at what they do. |

I thoutgh about Dyno but I really dont trust the shops aroud Temple- Killeen area and 'Wolfforth' is a long drive from here. That's why I was thinking in sending my ECU to Texas-Speed to get it tune.
What about "Chucks LSX Tuning" in Houston? I have heard a lot of good things about him. |

Isn't LMR in Houston?
I've never dealt with them but they look like they've turned out some nice machines.

Hey buddy!! Been awhile. I agree ADM is closer drive and from talking with Andy, he is where I will go when ready. His results have been published and have heard nothing but good things. Been putting all my nickels and dimes in a jar and saving for the mods. Cant let you be the fastest BEE in town. Since I cant beat the visual mods!!! www.admperformance.com

If you're in Temple, then just go get a tune at Sunshine Performance in Killeen.
My co-worker is real good friends with them and they tune very well. Mike has tuned several 5th gen's.

Honestly, I just don't trust the shops aroud here. One of my buddy's took his Camaro to 'Sunshine' and the dyno numbers weren't quite right for his mods.
