Prep for Sebring and more (hopefully)

My latest addition... gotta be able to stop as well as go at the track! New rotors along with the Hawk HP+ pads should help. Braided lines and hi temp fluid come next week.... Then, latter this fall, Brembos (or better) calipers and ducting. One step at a time....

Just got the fronts for now... if they hold up at Sebring, I'll get the rears too.

The week after my track day, August 19, SpeedTV is in town to film several episodes of the "Pass Time" game show... I have tickets to run and, hopefully, we'll make it on the show! At the very least, I'll have some good video to share!

Not yet... this will be the first real outing for the car. It'll give me a chance to see where I'm at. I need to get tires to really do this right. I'm gonna run the OEMs this time.

A guy I work with is running his Evo on Sunday. It's a "Time Attack" event. I'm the designated videographer... lol!

I'm in West Palm.. Sebring is bumpy but it's a good mix of fast and slow corners and a couple of long straightaways. I have a thread in the Autocross, roadcourse section with a cool video of the track shot from an SS!

been there done that. Sebring is very very bumpy. Nothing like coming out of that last turn I think #17 off the straight at over 100 mph bumping all the way around. Pads, brake lines, water wetter in the radiator, and a good rear spoiler is all that is needed on this track. I shocked many of those rich exotics owners down there with the turboed camaro back in Jan.

PS Pfadt sways are also the best parts money can buy. Forgot about how much a difference they made.

Cool! What kind of lap times did you run... I know some days it's hard to get a good full lap in depending on the speed of your group....
