Camaro Chrome

Has anyone purchased products from this company and if so how was the service and are the products well built ? Their pricing seems a little high but some of their products look nice.

I ordered the Engine Covers from them. Took a couple of weeks to get but they do good work..

I called and ordered some stuff from them around July 1st. I never heard anything back so I called to check the status around July 12th.

I was told it would be shipping Friday (July 16th), and my card was billed July 14th.

I never heard anything back, no email with a tracking number, nothing, so I called again July 21st and asked about the order. I was told it was being chromed and should ship in the next couple of days.

No further communication, so I called again July 28th, and was told the parts were being clear coated and would ship in a few days.

No further communication, so I called again Aug 3rd, and was told the order would ship tomorrow.

Still, I have nothing from them and I'm about ready to reverse charges on my card. I may call them again today or tomorrow to check on it but I'm getting tired of being lied to, and blown off.

Bottom line: They may have nice products but I don't know since I haven't received them yet. And they have zero customer service or communication skills. The guy on the phone (owner?) always sounds like he's in a hurry and you're bothering him.

I expect I'll receive the parts, they don't strike me as a company that would take your money and not ship, but they are definitely a company that couldn't care less about customer service and will get to your order when they darn well feel like it.

I went through a similar process. They will deliver as promised you just have to give them the time to get it completed. I ended up talking to the owner and he assured that my order was in the works.

OK, it's been over two weeks since they told me it would ship "tomorrow".

I'm tired of calling them. I'm calling Visa tomorrow and doing a charge back.

I don't care how good their products are, if they don't ship them or even communicate with you, it's completely useless.

I'll take my business elsewhere.

I spoke to them again this morning and was told the parts were in hand and would ship tomorrow.

I pointed out that was the same story I get each time I call and at this point, I want a refund.

They said they would give me a refund on my card within 48 hrs.

I'll keep you posted but I don't have much confidence that it will actually happen. I'm sure I'll be going through the charge back route with the bank before it's over.
