Just get some Silver star tail light bulbs. I have a two sets if you want them. It makes the rear tail lights considerably brighter than the stock ones.

I agree but I sprayed mine with tint and I got pulled over. Its not illegal in Michigan as long as you see it from a certain distance in daylight. I just want to make sure theyre plenty bright for when I go to court.

Just so we're sure - the correct Silver Star Bulb is the 3157ST for the taillights ?!? OE is 3157K. There isn't a Silver Star 3157K.

From Slyvania's website:

3157ST - STandard output
3157A - Amber output
3157K (LL) - Krypton Long Life/standard output
3157AK (LL) - Amber Krypton Long Life/amber output

I have a 1LT, and I put the Sylvania 3157K ST in mine and they fit and worked just fine. The bulb is not Amber an has a blue hue to it. These are the brightest "in store" bulbs that I have found.

So, in otherwords, yes... The 3157K ST are the ones you need.

Thanks for the confirmation. I knew they weren't amber as they don't have an "A" in the code.
