I drive it daily, so when we go out together, that's when she usually gets her turn at the wheel To answer vm1971's Q- I was up at the dealer (Bakersfield) kickin tires while Emmy slept in (I do this often) and stumbled on the car that we had test driven months before. The car had a "do not test drive" sign in it, and lots of window paint. Gerie (awesome saleswoman) came out and offered assistance. Turned out that the car had been there since December of 09, and had some test drive miles on her. SO, I headed back, and on the way home I told Emmy, and she thought it might be a good idea to at least see how low we could get them on the car. Long story short, we drove right back down the next morning (after her graveyard shift) and took a look. We ran numbers, and slept on it. The next day (after more deliberation) we decided that we had to have a 2010, (for sentimental reasons- the '02 signified the death of the F-body, the '10 represents the revival) and the deal was right. We started paperwork. The dealer offered to have her detailed overnight, and we came back the next day to finalize papers and pick up the car... Next thing you know...
