You two run into more Camaro owners than anyone I know! I haven't heard from anyone else regarding the Clovis shoot yet. I'm OK with whatever number of Camaros we get, whether it's 6, 8, or 11, as long as they are one of each color.

I think we need to start planning yet another shoot with as many Gen 5 Camaros in the area, that care to participate. Kind of get an idea of how many C5 Camaro people we have here in the area. Unless there is something exception that comes up, the Clovis Camaro shoot will probably be the last shoot I do with a theme. Any future shoots will more than likely be open to all Gen 5 Camaros.

I'll be in the Bay area this weekend. I was invited to shoot in a "Bikini Shoot out". I was invited by a bay area photog to participate. Supposed to be 20 photogs and over 60 models there, with 3 days of shooting. Should be fun. Sila and I are leaving Friday afternoon and returning Sunday night. See ya all soon

Rob looks like Jazmine jumped in to add you guys a Synergy green camaro for future shoots!! I may be able to make it up with my black 2SS even though you have black covered I'd love to make it up for the shoot anyway if it's okay with you??

Jasmine, welcome to our Fresno group. Yes, we have a spot for your SG Camaro in the Aug 21st shoot. The info for this shoot is posted on page one of the post, but basically it's on private property east of Clovis at approx sunset. I posted the time in the earlier post, but don't remember w/o looking

SA....sorry dude, but I'm including one of each color, and not asking for back ups to show because of the fact that it's on private property, and don't want to have too many cars showing up. I've already decided that in the near future, I'm gonna do a shoot with all 5th gens, no matter how many duplicate colors show up. This way we get anyone that wants in the shot, into the shot. See you guys at Hooter's on Friday!

Added to the roster. See you on the 21st! That gives us 8 5th Gen Camaros. Colors are still open, if anyone is interested, but if not, 8 cars is fine.

I'm going out to the shoot location tonight to scout it out for exactly where we will place the Camaros. I have two spots in mind, one I know will work, the other I'm hoping it will. The second site depends on whether or not the access road will be smooth enough for our Camaros to navigate. I will post the results tonight.

As far as a location or address, I don't think I'm going to make it public. As I stated earlier, this is a friends private property. I don't know him all that well, and I really don't see a need for an address if we all meet up at maybe Clovis East HS? From there it is approx a 10-15 minute drive.

I will post any additional information I may have from tonight's scouting report, later tonight, or tomorrow. Please keep in mind though that you are gonna have to wash your camaro after this shoot. You will drive into the shoot location on a dirt or gravel road. If you haven't already given a definite "yes I am in" for this shoot, please do so asap, or your spot will be open to whoever does give the "yes I'm in". Check back later for more info....thanks

Gary had to cancel out of the shoot, which now leaves a spot for a RY Camaro. Anyone interested let me know.

Okay I went out to the location this evening and found out that we can only use the area on the South side of the lake, which is what I originally planned. The east end of the lake is another property.

There is an access road to the area which will work fine for our cars. The area we will use is almost completely flat. With only about 7 cars committed to show, placing the cars should not take long.

I am not sure how I want to set the shot up yet. I wouldn't mind some input from anyone who has an idea as to placing the cars into the shot. If you are really serious, I'd like to sit down with one or two people and brainstorm on this one. We could see the overview on a computer screen and discuss placement.

We are going to meet at Clovis East HS, then drive out to the property at 630. We're not gonna wait for anyone. If you are not there at 630, we leave with whoever is there. Any questions, just ask.
