Just found out that dealer has no allotments and has not had allotments since my order (PBTNQM) was placed on June 26. How does one place a complaint with GM regarding this type of issue. Thanks for your help.

GM customer service is 800-222-1020. You can call them, but they do not have any control over allocation and will more than likely refer you back to the dealer. My suggestion is to talk to the Sales Manager or General Manager and see if there is any help there. Good luck and let us know what happens.
