Hi Heather,

How was the head turning factor? Would love to hear any conversations you had with people or whether people tried to get you to pull over so they can have a good look.

I hope you realise how lucky you are. Both getting to drive a Camaro and escaping the Canadian winter. (It was -48 degrees Celcius here last night with the windchill)

Pictures make it difficult to show how nice the interior is, and the color is hard to capture. It is beige in person--between the flash and the monitor color variations it is tough.

The car does not have HUD

It is a "captured test fleet" car off the line in Oshawa

The gas tank does not have a release inside..."Push it in and it pops out"

The "button" you see is the hook for the floor mat...It is just black in person (the white you see may be salt! or the flash?)

Trunk opening in tight, however, we fit a ton in it! Two full-size suitcases (I did not think this would be possible, but they went right in), various other bags/presents, laptops, etc. I'll post a pic. Two weeks worth of stuff for two people and a dog!

The two-tone looks terrific in person. Carpets are black (which is good) the inserts in the dash and doors is beige cloth--looks nice.

Doors sound good when closing...Glass indexes nicely.

As far as snow driving...This car does have snow tires on the back, and we made it from Oshawa to Toronto to MI (during the last storm). Obviously, you need to adjust your driving for the snow, but we did not get stuck at all. Not the best car for snow driving, but I would say make sure you invest in a good pair of snow tires and "practice" in an empty lot to get a feel for the car...

Backseat ??...I was back there for a short drive to the store and was very comfortable...I am only 5'0 though, but plenty of headroom, knees didn't bang against my knees, and room for feet. Person in front of me was only about 5'9", but did not have seat all the way up either. I would personally say it is a functional backseat for kids? For whatever that's worth...

Promise I will post more pics once it's washed and we get a chance to take them...after two days in the car, and crappy MI/Canadian weather I am heading to the beach first
Awesome, but my question is, how does she sound?? During your trip I know you revved that baby a little bit and if you are allowed to answer what type of fuel mileage did you get?? Though I know thats is not exactly a fair question since it sounds like you were driveing the car with a full load of stuff..

I can't even imagine being able to drive one of these as far as I wanted like that. And why the hell aren't you going to Disney? Because they have one at Epcot? and it would create a black hole if two Camaros are in the same city? That must be it.

Thank you heatheR!! Marco Island is nice especially now since you can still go to the beach. If it is not "confidential", could you PLEASE let us know when and where you guys will be in Miami? I want some pics! Thanks again for sharing your trip with us and I am very glad the car has all that room in the trunk.

Also, are there anymore Camaro's with you?

Heather,

I love all 5 feet of you!!!

Sharing your experience in a captured fleet SS with all of us is truely awesome. Thank you.

Please continue to share as much of the driving experience (and pictures) with us as you can. I would love to hear some words on your opinion of how the car drives.

Thanks again.

BTW - you do know how jealous all of us are don't you?

Compaired to the HID's that is. Would be very grateful for your answer. I have a 2LT Red ordered. AND!!! before you young guys jump on me for missing somthing, I am almost 67 and just lost a younger brother and have not been on in week or so. Geno
