This. You guys had a good opportunity to install and document one of the first Whipple kits on the Camaro, but don't have baseline numbers on the same car? Those of us that aren't dyno-racers would rather see the before/after results, not just peak hp numbers. Net gain is what is important, as you certainly know.

But, thanks for posting what you have!

9 PSI that's a lot of boost, how does this kit compare with other s/c on 9 pounds.

I believe the other TS was in the nieghborhood. They were pushing 8-9 psi through a stock motor and though their dyno' showed more, I believe the gains were pretty similar.

they may be close on 9 psi but i bet the temps are nowhere as good

Thanks in advance and congratulations on the install, anyway the numbers play out it looks like it is definitely the start of a great build and that torque curve is very nice. Could you possibly post up the sheet for a Maggie on an otherwise totally stock LS3 for comparison as well. It seems the whipple builds a little more linearly than the maggie but doesn't fall off as s them at the top end. It is almost a hybrid of a centri and maggie curve and one that now has me seriously considering the Whipple. Now I just have to wait to see if there is enpough uptake for Roto-Fab to devlop the tube to mate up with their CAI that I already have on the car.

baseline was 342rwhp so we agined 178 rwhp with just the whipple install

Ours made 510/49x with a pullied Maggie on 7.5-8 lbs of boost. Only other mod was the ADM CAI.

are you guys going to play more with the tune. also what cold air intake will you be using in conjunction with the headers.

cool ya we know are dyno is off by like 35 hp so we are right at 550 rwhp
