We have some potentially disappointing news. :( We mailed out our registration for the Fillmore show today, which was a great start to the day. I go into work ( I work 2nd shift, 3pm-1130pm), and what do I see?........ A posting on the bulletin board that states we have to work Labor Day Weekend!!!!!! The management "say" they don't want to do this, and that we will get a final decision on Tuesday if we have to or not. Everyone cross your fingers!!! And just to vent.........This gets me totally POed because we have been working 6 or 7 day work weeks since early Feb. At the begining of the this week they had it posted that we had to work this Saturday and we were getting Labor Day weekend off. With that said, most all of us employees planned a nice weekend off. For me that was to come out, celebrate my cars b-day (Sept 4), and meet all of you at the show. That is all in jeopardy now..

For anyone interested in going to the Fillmore show in Moravia next Sunday I have a call in to the organizer about the fire extinguisher requirement. I'll post the answer when I hear back from him. To be judged pre-registration is required and must be postmarked by the 31st. Also, on Saturday the 4th I plan to have a pre-show UpstateC5 BBQ at my home in Cortland. I will be providing smoked pulled pork,turkey breast, coleslaw, and baked beans. Anyone that plans to attend please RSVP by Wednesday so I'll know how much to make. I'll post directions and time later. Hope to see you there!

Just heard back from the Fillmore guy. Fire extinguishers are preferred but NOT mandatory. So no need to run out and buy one if you don't need it. Also, if anyone wants to come down on Saturday there are several hotels in the Cortland area, which is about 15-20 minutes from Fillmore State Park. Just check on-line.

Well I told my manager what I had planned, and he said there is not much he can do about it. I am one of three Quality Techs ( one for each shift) and the Tech on first shift has had labor day weekend planned off for 4 months now, due to being the best man in a wedding. So if they make us work, I miss out coming down AND have to work 12hr days to cover half of first shift!!!

Sorry you can't make it. No Brad ,his sister's water broke so uncle Brad is a no show.

The 3 B's were there. Bill,Brad & Bill. Not alot of cars, we were the only camaros of any year. Bill won camaro fuzzy dice. Brad and I both got Jeg's hats. And.....................

Now Andy's saying "damn it" "damn it" I should have went......if only I didn't have so many "damn" projects for him to do around the house...........

What did Brad show up just in time for a trophy?? He couldn't stay away Congrats on the baby Uncle Brad!!! We want to see a picture.

That does stink! Hopefully they won't make you guys work and you'll be able to come.... keep us posted.......

The only thing good about those lambo doors is Brad always gets the talkers....looks like he found one now . He was able to capture the dude on his bike at Sylvan Beach to keep him away from the other members.... I think Brad could relate to him since he had LED's on his bike
