The Flowmaster AMT exhaust is pretty "throaty."

i feel the LS is a terrific value.the heritage wheels are great looking, and the car has 'tons" of standard features.if you pick a black or a cyber gray color,(in my view),you get a "sleeper" look that's tough to beat!..car's a "looker" from ANY angle, and just has that "nasty" "don't f**k with me!" look with limited badging as a base car.it also has "all season" tires,so you don't have to change 'em out for winter driving if you are so inclined!.."outrageous" vehicle that 'appears" to be well built, however father 'time" will have the final say on that!..

All mods I plan on doing is adding sound processor to stereo, upgrading speakers, add throatier exhaust, twin blue Z28 stripes and maybe stagger tires - larger on rear. For guages I will add the door pillar aftermarket temp and oil pressure. But the engine govern has me freaked!
it's governed because the stock tires are not speed rated beyond 118 m.ph.
the car itself is capable of topping out around 150 or so,however (in my view),
any speed beyond 100 (sustained) is gonna get ya a "court date" any way,and of course you have the added expense of different tires, and rims!..car is plenty fast for me,and a "barrel" of fun to drive just as it is!

It's all up to what you want to do. But I'd say the LS is a awesome choice and they say on 3% of camaro built are LS's so you will def have a rare version of it.

I have to say, for base stock rims, those are great. I went with a HEAVILY modified LT model (RS package and tons of extras). I can't imagine not having those HID lights.

Wow, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Seriously chill out man. No need to curse, his statement wasn't directed at you.

Obviously a V6 is never going to sound the same as a V8 no matter what exhaust you have. In my opinion my V6 sounds about as close as its going to get to a V8 with my MRT 2.0 pipes. Sounds way better than the stock V6 exhaust and better than some V8's I have been around IMO.

And I have been around plenty of V8's.

Why would an SS owner post a RUDE comment in a thread about if someone / people are happy with their V6....??

Yes your post(s) was rude and uncalled for... Get over ---> yourself....

Now.... My V6 sounds awesome but it does not sound like a V8...

My v8 won't sound like a v8 until I mod the exhaust.

Oh gawd.... Here we go AGAIN.....

If you don't like the V6 then please avoid topics that discuss the V6...

We don't need every V6 topic to be invaded and crapped in by SS owners who are stuck on themselves and their car...

Do us all a favor, keep your vain and uncalled for comments about the V6 to yourself or post them in other, non V6 specific threads....

Some of us actually like the V6 and would like to be able to discuss it without the rude and uncalled for comments made by a few SS owners who are stuck on themselves..

Thank you, and enjoy the Labor Day weekend!!

What you don't get was that your response was not warranted for the post you were responding to. Judging by your further posts you aren't mature enough to figure that out.

Grow up....... and your lucky I'm not your dad.
