another 1st oil change thread

so this weekend I finally got to change the oil in the camaro as well as our equinox as we bought both cars at the same time. I had never owned a car with a cartridge filter before so I wasnt sure what to expect. well other than the fact the car is too low to go up my ramps without hitting the spoiler it was pretty simple and not as messy as a filter in a metal housing. I did however have to deal with some frustration on the equinox because of the horrible location of the filter which required me to buy a 1 1/4" socket and a swivel just to remove the cap. anyway I went with mobile 1 synthetic with the gold label on both cars. one thing i noticed was it seemed the oil kept flowing for what seemed like eternity out of the camaro.
