9/11

Everybody please take a minute to remember the victims of 9/11 and their families. Also, pray for the men and women of our armed forces fighting for our freedom, and the ones that have made the ultimate sacrifice. I think I'll do a donut in their honor. Hope everyone has a safe and happy weekend.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

I will never forget that day what I saw. I was waiting for a train 1 stop from the towers when the 1st tower fell I thought there was a fire in the subway. When I came out of the subway I couldn't see anything but dust and heard 2 F-16's go supersonic right over me. I still didn't know what happened but obviously knew something bad happened but I never imagined what happened could have really happened.

As I made my way out of Manhattan over the Brooklyn Bridge I could see the second tower burning with horrific sites of those trying to jump out to what they thought was safety. Then I saw the 2nd tower fall .

My heart goes out to all that lost their lives that day and their families. I think of that day often as it is a horrific image that will be burned into my memory forever.

God bless the families and first responders that were affected by that tragedy......

I will never forget.......

Let us never forget. Let us also keep in mind that it is not enough to just remember. We must use every means available to keep our great nation great, and most importantly- FREE.

"United we stand" is a wonderful slogan, but 9/11 was a grim warning. United we stand, but divided- we fall. Let us honor the memory of our fallen friends and family by always fighting against subversion- HERE, in The United States. Let us show the word that we are not intimidated by terrorists, and that we CAN keep our leaders on a leash.

We will never forget. May we never merely 'remember' in complacency.
Here's to everyone across the nation that knows that freedom comes at a cost, and to the brave men and women of NYC who paid more than their share.

WE WILL NEVER FORGET.

This day is a day of remembrance. 9-11 has affected many lives in America. It is a day that will never be forgotten. It is now a day to reflect on those that have lost their lives and to the military that continue to fight for our freedoms. :flag1: :flag2:
