scruffage sorry for the anticipation elevation. but something else i have not mentioned is the hud. man i love this feature. it looks like a tach and speedo out in front of the car. thats what i have mine displaying now. i dont know if the DIC is close as i have put over 100 miles on mine as of today with still over 3/4 tank remaining and the fuel economy is at 21.5 miles to the gallon and thats with an aggressive break inn thats far from over yet. i will be able to check it at my first fill up. my dealer gave me the gas ticket and i filled it yesterday with amoco 93 octane.

Hey I'm glad you are enjoying the car. I'll just be glad when I get to join in on the fun.

Hey question about the HUD. At nighttime if you are using the HUD, do the lights on the regular speedo/tach dim or go out? That way you don't have two sets of them looking at you.

I just got back from bringing the kids for a night time cruise and I had both sets "looking at me" not sure if there is a adjustment for it I will look tomorrow. All I have to say is I love this car. It is simply amazing, it gets crazy attention from everyone. I had some lady asked if it was a mustang this morning and later I had a cop driving by me give me the thumbs up.

the hud is the same in the day time as it is at night. you can only see hud looking straight forward. if you lean to either side a little you can't see it. last night i checked to see if you can see it outside the car and i could never see it. at night it does not effect your visibility any at all as you can see thru it. if you want to there is hud adj on dash you can dim it down or turn it off. trust me you will like it. here in ga. they are hot right now on traffic violations. speeding etc. with the hud you never have to take your eye off the road to look at speedo so it is a lot easier to watch your speed. you will love it.

please overlook the front of my shop i should be working on it instead of buying toys, i bought some wheels for mine about three weeks ago. they are asanti forged. tonight i put one of the rears on just to see what they looked like on the car it was already getting dark so the photo with flash dont go well with chrome wheels.i will do more and better photos when i get them on here pretty soon. it is 22x11 and fits perfectly. i dont want to put them on now i am going to wait till i get through the break in a little more.

hello fellow 8/23ers. little update with mine. my DIC is off a little, tonight i stopped and filled mine up only had 165 miles on odometer filled it up the same way as i did when i picked it up wed. for some of you it may not matter but i wanted a second car that would get at least 20mpg and still have some performance. as mentioned in earlier post i go with a pretty aggressive break in so not really looking for mileage at this time anyway. tonight my DIC was still displaying 21.0 mpg. so i said what the heck? fill it up. i squeezed in 7.668 gallons of amoco 93 you do the math. it got 21.54 mpg. i like when the dic is off that direction. after break in is over and go to normal driving this thing should get killer mileage. and my average was about 50% city 50% hwy. man i love this car. did i mention it is fast as h$%L. i would like to hear how yours do.

Hate to break it to you buddy but my milage isn't killer. After a year of driving a 2010 I would hover around 25 highway and 16 city. That's a high city rating too, if you're driving aggressively expect it to be lower.
