Question for HeatherR (or someone else if you happen to know)....

What are the 9 speakers for the Boston Acoustics sound package (location, woofers, etc)? There was some guesses a while back but I've not seen a final answer to this.

They sell universal HID kits for around $100 a bulb with all the wiring on Ebay or just do a google search. I have alot of friends that converted their bulbs to HId's for under $200. My buddy has an Avalanch with HID headlights and HID fog lights, he lights up the road! He did the whole thing himself for around $350 and that is 4 bulbs and wiring. Thats how my Camaro will be no RS for me. But the hailos do look nice!

Boston Acoustics Sound System
– 6.5-inch woofers in each door
– 1-inch tweeters in A-pillars
– 3.5-inch center channel speaker
in the upper Instrument Panel
– Seven-channel sub-woofer
on rear shelf

Just for reference purposes, my wife learned to drive the Z06 in about 10 minutes and then drove it all the time without any problems. Shifter throw is smooth and relatively short. The clutch pedal is very light, actually lighter than my preference. I'm more used to the one in my 71 Vette, which takes a lot more pedal effort. I like it a little heavier, but as long as it bites good, I can live with the lighter pedal.

So did you get on it hard at all? Even once? I just can't wait for the performance reviews to come out!!!!! I test drove a few LS3 vettes and almost went with it, loved the power and feel but when it came down to it I need the 4 seater... So how did it drive?

Been there, done that. Noone had a final answer. Just a bunch of guesses which quite possibly be right. Unless you know of something I haven't seen....... I'd just like some confirmation if it's possible.

This picture has me wondering if I could stand the black moldings.

This is my favorite pic so far, but I planned on RS, that may change.

I don't think the moldings look bad especially with all the other black on the car (grill, window moldings, shark fin)
