It was not the stock tune or the Diablo in the car when I downloaded it. It was a tune that was "custom".

This thread is exactly what needs to be made public. Its the truth told from a real customer that spent his hard earned money and did not recieve what he paid for.

For those who think this is Slander , please get a grip. TOOOOOOOOOOO Many vendors on this forum are not reputable. They get your money and run, they prey on your inexperience and the fact that it is hard to prove your claims.

I had a similar experience with a vendor on here. What I thought I was getting and what I got was 2 totally different thing. I expected a cam'd car that would produce the muscle car growl while maintaining drivability. What I got was a 40 k paper weight.

Eventually I had a shop fix my car so it would run correctly, I ended up replacing the cam and having it re-tuned. Expensive lesson for me, and now I have junk I can't get rid of in the form of a cam and a SCT Tuner.

I completely understand your frustration. It just really amazes me that some of these people don't get throttled becuase of their business principles.

I had work done at XHP back in May. They wouldnt give me a print out either. Just a picture of the screen. I mean really, how much do printers cost these days, next to nothing. Anyway they did good work except for the fact when they put my tips on, they are not even at all. I will have to get them re-done by someone that is close to me.

After my tune from ADM I came home with two copies of the before dyno, two copies of after dyno, a print out of the HP/TQ throughout the whole powerband, and videos of both the pre-install dyno and post-install dynos.

You will see this alot here. One of the reasons it took me so long to even become a sponsor. This is a new market of cars that everyone is jumping on. Some sponsors are very good while others WILL disapear.
I've been a sponsor at LS1tech since they opened and seen a ton of shops come/go. What they did which was good is protect there members. They would question the sponsors if there was an unhappy customer. If found that the customer did get screwed they would ban the sponsor. Here,it seems like anybody can join who has $$ to pay the site. No backround check,no checking to see if the bussiness has a license or anything.

Do yourself a favor and search the company's you want to deal with. Check out the Corvette forum and LS1tech for referals because if they are good, they will be known on those boards.

Remember, not all sponsors here are bad. There are some good one's here too.

If we build a car and dyno it,It gets a dyno graph. If the customers asks for a video ,we video it.Some cars we just video for fun...You know the crazy ones
