The LS7 is listed, but I don't see any indication of a Z/28 although listing the LS7 does pose many possibilities.

It would be nice to leave the LSA SC for the ZL1 and maybe offer a Z/28 option that would include a NA LS7.

That would give the Z/28 a HP boost over the SS, but remain less than the ZL1.

What their saying is that the LS7 is now an option, if you look at box 8, option E is an LS7

So stock for stock would the Z28 beat the ZL1 around the same circuit? The ZL1 is no slouch with the MRC
