Is there a way to keep that oil from being sucked into the intake? After a while that can't be healthy for it.

I saw that thread a few weeks ago actually. I was so excited - I thought that might be my problem... I went out at work and threw the hood open to check... and of course mine is still VERY attached.

Otherwise, Yes, I guess i'll use some sealant.

Anyone know what Scrming used for the sealant? Would silicone work?
WTF? When did you mail them? I mailed them WEEKS ago and no response.

You should then begin to see your mileage climb way over 19. You should be in 26-28 land.

If it doesn't do this something's wrong.

Ahhh okay - yes I know about that. On my other cars I could have "current mpg" or "average mpg" That way you could see what you were getting right that second without having to clear out everything.

When I reset mine it goes nuts.... it will go something like this very quickly "2-15-3-16-8-10-15-18- and then settle in around 17.something - and that's on the highway

Wow, this is all new to me and I'm worried now! So you recommend that anyone with an intake install an oil catch can? I looked on Amazon and they sell for over $100.

Thanks!

Not sure it's anything to worry about... even with the stock intake you suck a lot of oil...

Scrming, I heard your oil diffuser leaked quite a bit, how did you go about solving the leak? Products and how-to's will be most appreciated =)
