Hi Becky, I know my car is at 3800 and can't really get any updates anymore. My baby was scheduled to be delivered at my dealer this past Monday the 13th. Needless to say she hasn't arrived there yet. My dealer has called the transport company and they informed him that they do not know when my car will arrive, but it is still sitting in their lot. Do you know of or have any way of getting in contact with them about when my car will actually be on a truck en route to my dealer? She's currently in Annapolis, MD at the loading parking lot place.

My understanding is that once it's off the railcar they have 72 hours to deliver the vehicle to the dealer. Your dealer should be able to have the car marked "HOT" and that's supposed to push it to the front I'd stay on the dealer to stay on the trucking company to get that bad boy loaded and shipped. The dealer will call GM Dealer Business Center, they are the ones to contact the distribution center where the cars sitting. Hard to believe, but you will get your car!!
