A quick link to the youtube clip of how it sounds. FYI I have a CAI installed as well. Its definately deeper, not a v8 but, better than the stock v6 sound. I expect the sound will deepen more as carbon builds up in the mufflers.

I like MRT 2.0, but im afraid its too loud.
So im going for Magnaflow.

What does Cat back system do for Magnaflow sound? (compared to axle back)
Does Magnaflow has drone? Does it increase with Cat back?

It would decrease, at least in my case. I did mufflers only at first, like a axel back, but got that low rpm around town drone or boom inside with the auto. I added the resonated x pipe as Magnaflow has in their catback and it reduced the drone to a low level and made it more smooth, mind you hear the exhaust more from inside the car then if you are outside and listening to it as the car drives by at low speed but gets better as you accelerate more. Only other item the cat has is the 2-1/2" after pipes to the mufflers and no factory resonators as they have the x pipe. I might remove the resonators to see if the sound changes to a tad louder and more "burbly" but if raspy can put them back on.

I've wondered this myself! Not sure how the sound would be affected.

Checked out few of your videos in "Sticky" section.

At least in my speakers magnaflow was as quiet as stock. Only had more bass.
This is harder than I tough.

The MRT v2 is too loud? Did you get to hear it in person, or are you going off of videos?
