That would be because its a joke.

The "best" is different things for different people. Most people have a budget and horsepower figure they would like to reach, so it would be helpful to know that information to give you better information.

I went with the hellion twin turbo Ball Bearing kit. When I went to the dealership to get my free oil change all the techs thought i bought my camaro with the twin turbos. They gave me props cause it looked so nice. Also said since it was not running codes who ever did the install (DTP) must have been really good.
