I think they just might. The bracket was listed on the window sticker and added maybe $15 to the car's MSRP. The bracket was there even with all the plastic on the car before anyone even looked at it.

If I get a ticket thats on me I have the hide away just havent put it on yet
Its a stupid law and there is a petition going around to get rid of it

No ticket for out of state, where your state does not need a front plate, my post was just a warning, im ok with the ticket and will just pay it, but im not going down the right lane of the tunnel anymore :-) I like the clean look without the front plate. imagine all the money NY state would save if they only had to make one plate and not a pair, 1/2 the cost right? of course then the company who makes the plates would lay off 1/2 its employees :-)
