what Cam? LS3 with TVS2300 shooting for 600+whp - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

LS3 camaro with headers + CAI that is getting a tvs2300 very soon (should be ordered tomorrow!) now looking for a cam + pulley. what blower cams do you guys recommend? and what pulley will help achieve hitting 600+whp! car will be running E85! and DD.

also Im not sure about the stock fuel pump and what it can handle! ive been told in the LS3 is up to 580whp! but ive also read somewhere that there was a guy running 630whp with the stock fuel pump!! any info on these? Im not worried about the fuel pump since the car wont actually see 600+whp (due to elevation 5500+ above sea-level)

anyone out there running E85 with the injectors that comes with the kit! (again not too worried coz of elevation!)

this car will be DD so need it to be street friendly. vendors are welcome to PM me what kit would they recommend and prices!

(I did a little search but I just couldn't find enough info)

Best to make sure you have a shop in CO that can handle these mods first and get their recommendations. All the peeps selling here are not installing these parts and you will get a ton of custom cam offers...most all of which are made by comp cams.

You will need some serious cash to do this $15-20K

I'm doing 610 with TVS2300, 3.4 pulley, Snow meth injection, Custom comp cam, Ported heads, KB Boost a pump, 1 7/8" Kooks, Borsa S-Type, Rotofab, etc.....custom tune..

$15-20k!!! let me see 6k for the tvs2300, 1000$ cam kit, 2500$ install and tuning! thats 10K max!! now if I needed new injectors and fuel pump... that another 1000$ maybe? and I can sell the injectors that comes with the kit! so probably around 11k total if its going to cost more, then i will probably do just the tvs2300 + E85 and thats it. and shoot for 550+whp! but with all the parts you listed, you are probably right, should cost about 15K but since im keeping stock heads, stock intake, that should save a lot of money! I guess we will find out really soon.

and yes I have a shop here that is working on my Z06 (shooting for 590+whp on E85

) its the same shop that will do the work on the camaro! I will probably go with a cam that he recommends, but I thought I will ask here first!

I have the TVS2300 with Stage II Cam installed by ADM Peformance and I have over 600RWHP and couldn't be happier.. Perfect for a daily driver. You could go with the Stage 2.5 cam with the same setup for a few extra ponies...

what size pulley? fuel? what other mods? stock fuel pump?? please more info on this... im looking for 600whp anything over that will be a plus. i was hoping E85 will make things a bit easier to achieve 600+whp...
