It does not seem to be a Problem.

Okay easy question for you pro's out there.. im planning on a magi super charger in the very near future.. which kit could I buy now and not have to replace when my charger go's on.. i know the rotofab for sure all you have to do is change the tube or whatever.. any others like this? or is the roto the way to go? also will the adm scoop work well with the rotofab and will it work good with the supercharger as well?

Thanks.

You are fine. In the grand scheme of things all of them are very close. Any differences that are shown you are not gonna feel. Enjoy your KN.

I called Cold Air Inductions and they told me they are offering a filter which has a different contoured rubber molded neck which can be used in conjunction with their existing CAI inlet tube when adding a Maggie......after adding the Maggie the inlet tube sits at a different angle and the filter rubs/hits the fender well so their new filter which has a different "neck" angles the filter upwards to clear. So according to C.A.I. all you need to purchase is their new modified filter.

ADM Perf street and race are installed on many Maggie installations., by many Camaro5 forum vendors/tuners. Also noted above the Roto Fab can be installed with a Maggie specific tube. ADM is also installed on several Edelbrock E Force superchargers. Also looking at the few Whipple charger installs I have seen here on forum I am certain the ADM will work with them as well. The only piece of hardware that may be needed to change from NA motor to blown might be a piece of hose or shorter 4 inch powder coated tube. The MAF, filter, and airbox would not be altered at all.

ADM is a Direct bolt on now and with a Maggie.
CAI you an trim the tube and it works fine with the Maggie or order the new filter.
RotoFab has a different tube you can order for the Maggie

Hope this Helps.

Ted.

I for one would like to see just one more small test. I would like to see the CAI inc with ADM race scoop and the Haltech with ADM scoop tested on the same car in the same day. I bet alot of others would like to see this as well. I might even be persuaded to switch because I have been a tad bit concerned with flooding and my lowered car.

All those others who would like to see this can I get a chime in?

I would like to see that but I would go one better and say test all the same CAI's again but this time tune for all of them. I would be willing to send money for this. If enough people did the same say $20 each person and we had 200 people send the funds that would be go a long way to compensate JRE for their time.
