The first pull of the handle unlocks the door, the second pull opens the door. This is pretty common to a lot of cars.

If you are sitting at a stop light and a ricer with a wing and butt trumpet pulls up next to you, when he revs his engine your windows will open on their own so they can hear you laughing hysterically!!

Funny the GTO had a ton of these "hidden" features, I don't see much for the Camaro. On the GTO we had.

AMP was adjustable and could be turned up to increase bass response, hidden behind the carpet in the trunk.

"secret" menu (really a diagnostic menu) if you held 2 bottons within seconds of turning on the car. Gave you any codes, fuel meter (GPH) RPM in digital display dwon to 25 rpm increments, and a few other things.

A shift light was installed in the dash that just needed a chip of some sort to activate

You could clear all radio settings and reset to original Blaupunk setting by holding certain buttons.

On my W40 package their was a 40th anniversary stamp or placard (i forget which) on the floorboard under the carpet below the from seats.

And there were other things that are slipping my mind right now.

I did not know this, and just tried it. Learn something new every day!

I recently learned that if you order one, time comes to a screaching halt.

And for those who live in cold climates and have the heated seats you can have them turn on with the remote start feature. Got to love the extra features of the radio..

Also, any thought of sleeping the night before you pick it up...completely out of the question.

FF- Even though I don't own one yet I am sure that once you own one you can pretty much forget just how bad the rear ends of those Ford Mustanks look because you wont have to look at them anymore.

On the iphone, if you pair both to phone and pdim, you cannot have both at the same time. Most phones will only connect to one bluetooth device at a time. I used to have a Parrot MK in another car, which used the same connection for both handsfree and music streaming.

Also, my iphone 3GS (os 3.x) does not work 100%. It connects and plays music, but cannot be controlled from the radio or steering wheel. I have to use the iphone screen. My stoneage 4th gen ipod works perfectly though.

Mine holds the random setting. If I turn the car off with my ipod playing, when I turn it back on, it resumes right away where it left off. However, if I power the radio off before turning the car off, when I power the radio back on, it goes to AUX 3.5 by default. I have to press the CD/AUX button to get it to IPOD. Curious.

The ipod does it's own indexing and random play. GM's PDIM software treats the ipod differently than every other device. If you use a USB flash drive, the radio does not save the song index or the random setting.

If your new to this site and reading this first do a search for the #5 and #20 fuse pull to remap the fuel to 93 octane on your SS.
