Monthly Diagnostics?

Anyone else having problems with the OnStar monthly diagnostics

We haven't recieved ours and when I log into My account it still shows like 100 miles on it and I have 900+

Is it down or anyone else noticed this? I haven't tried pushing the button yet

It only updates once a month. It will update one month from the first update you recieved and every month after that on the same day of the month.

Are you enrolled to receive email updates? The button to enroll is in the right column (an orange colored button) in your online onstar account.

No problems here. I get my report monthly like clockwork. I recommend contacting On-Star. Press the button in the car.

I've had the same problem. I've had my car since February and have only gotten 3 updates. I've called Onstar about it twice and they can't find a problem. It could be that my car is either in my garage or a parking garage probably 23 hours a day except on weekends.

I get my updates on time. I have had my Camaro since June 2010. You might need to contact Onstar.

If you have anything plugged into the OBD port, like programmer, tuners, electronic scan gauges you won't get a report from Onstar. Any device plugged into the port for some reason does not allow Onstar to communicate with the car for the diagnostics.

If you haven't pushed the button yet, my guess is that you aren't signed up.

I've had my Camaro since January and have never received an email. My salesman helped me set it up the day I picked the car up too. One of these days I'll push the button and find out what's going on. But at the same time I think I slipped through the cracks because I don't get any annoying sales pitches while I'm driving either. So it's a win/lose lol.

Getting things together. As soon as it get cold I will tear it down. The cam and tune are real good right now. I figure it will be down for a month. Winter happens about late November. Id say February I'm totally done with the car until I build a new motor next winter.

Been a little sidetracked keeping my fleet of trucks running and some mods to my very special Defender 90......the ultimate 4x4
