Mine won't drive it. She likes to ride in it but is afraid of the power. (She drives a 4 banger CR-V) At least she likes it.

My wife drives a CR-V too. White.

She's the practical one.

I'm sort of lucky. I got to buy my Camaro because when we were shopping around for a car to replace my Intrepid that had over 120,000 mi on it, he came home one day with a Crossfire. Mind you he already has a Yucon & a bass boat. So I said, Okay, it's on now...I get what ever I want. So I got Ruby. He had no idea (nor did I) how much this car would change me. Now I am on here all the time, wanting to do mods; wanting Camaro clothes & accessories, reading & learning all about the car. He really does not get it. Thinks I should leave it "stock". Fusses that I am putting too many miles on it. But I LOVE to drive it. He does go with me to shows & events & I almost have him convinced I need a CAI. Guess it could be worse.

My guy gets that he's got to share me with Trigger. If he takes the Camaro out without me I get edgy and he's kind enough to rarely ask. He gets that it's special to me and not just a car. He's had some bad luck with other of my rigs in the past and he doesn't really want to be the one who makes the first booboo on my Camaro!

My brother-in-law has only one problem with his Vette, what he spends on mods, his wife gets in diamonds. My wife buys her cars, I buy mine.

What to do? hahaha

Let her drive and ask her to mash on the accelerator....

If she freaks, you get to drive it forever...

If she likes it, you could be in trouble... But.... there are concessions!!

I am afraid to mention the cost of a SC because she would think I am crazy for even considering spending that much on an add-on for the car, especially after paying an insane $36K. Needless to say, she's an A-to-B driver and would rather I spent the money on something more practical like a new kitchen, etc.

If your spouse or significant other in 'on board' then consider yourself lucky.:(
Are we married to the same woman? When I got my Camaro my wife said, “I guess I’ll never get my new kitchen”.

She is now warming up to the Camaro and even considering getting a Synergy Green or waiting and getting a convertible.

Well, After taking a 300 mile trip with wife and two kids and hearing all the complaining about no room....I traded in my 2010 Bumblebee yesterday and got a Toyota Venza. It was a fun 18month ride with the Camaro, but I have to wait til the kids move out one day before I go back to it. I am sufferring from Camaro withdrawal now but I will be ok in a few days. The issue now is that I have to goto the county tag place and chjange my tag that currently says "BUMBL B" it looks funny on the Venza.

My wife gets scared when I am driving it even though I drive it 'safer' then out 2005 TL. Rarely ever break the speed limit but she jumps in the seat all the time. But she is all good about me going forced induction and everything else I want to do.
