Anyone know how to get the door chimer to stop chiming with the drivers door open and the key in the ignition? It stays on even if you turn the key to the second position, very annoying when you are cleaning your car with the radio on.

Take the key out and hit the radio power button.

First take the key out of the ignition.
Second push button on radio to turn on, radio will play for about 15 min.
Last chimes dont come on with the doors open and radio on with key out of ignition.

No on mine. Maybe it is because it is a V6.

u can't downshift into first gear if the speed is above like 8 mph.

i freaked out a few times when i was pulling into the parking lot and couldn't shift into first.

i might be wrong...but that's what happened to me lols.

If you keep it at 155 for a while, the number display goes away and you get a written message that looks like this.

Not sure about the V6, but this is not the case with the SS manual.

Never had that issue with my V6 manual. Can drop into 1st at about 15mph...haven't tried any higher than that.

its done that to me about 50 / 50. Weird, and kinda pissed me off so now I just wait until the windows are up before pulling out the key.
