Fastest way is to take rt. 76 to watkins glen. Then up to penn yan through dundee.

Just an FYI if anyone is in need of a car wash cause of bugs i don't know if there is a car wash in PennYan so I'll be doing my cleaning in Watkins Glen which is off 414 next to WallyWorld.
