I am trying to get an update on my Camero that I ordered on September 20th. It has been three weeks and so far nothing has happened. Is this normal? I am surprising my husband with this and the wait is killing me!!!!
My order number is PFPKHW ordering from Texas. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Still 1100 status. You may want to talk your dealer and see what their allocation is. Until they place it against that allocation, it won't move. Good luck, that's one terrific surprise!!

Thanks for the update. I just got off the phone with the dealer. They say it was put in as a sold car order but they are still waiting for GM to accept the order. They think that will happen today or tomorrow and then it will be six weeks. Is that about right from what you are seeing? I was told it would be six to eight weeks from when I ordered it which was September 20th.

Hey guys. So I decided to change my original order from a 2011 1LT to a 2011 1LT with RS pkg. I just got a call from the dealer today who said he is placing the new order as part of the dealer allocation. Does that mean I will get my car any faster? How long should it take?

Dawn, the best thing to do is check daily to see if this order gets picked up. A dealer ordinarily has to have allocation for the order to go through, and the next chance of that is Thurs. So their comment about it happening today or tomorrow is suspect, however, they may be a small dealer that has their orders processed a little differently than the larger dealers. Feel free to check back anytime. Let's keep an eye on it so it doesn't go too long without it getting in to the system.
