Thanks for the warm welcome my fellow 10/25 peeps.
![]() I have a few mods in mind. 1) Cat-back exhaust (not sure which one yet maybe MRT V2.0) 2) CAI (again not sure which one yet maybe AIRAID) 3) Powder coating rims black mat to match stripes 4) Tint all around but very light on drivers and passengers side since I live in California. Nothing on the windshield. Dark as I can get on the back 3. I hope I get the time and money for these rather quickly. It will be a daily driver so I will have to have things done on the weekends. Hey what is the first song/cd you guys are gonna listen to in your new CAMARO? Me = Not sure yet. Where is the first place you are gonna drive? Me = Home to show wife and kids. Who will be the first person you give a ride? Me = wife & kids then nephews. Will you let anyone else drive your CAMARO? Me = NEVER!!! ![]() I can't wait, I must wait, I can't wait . . .

Sounds like your ready to go with your mods. Best of luck. Sounds like she is gonna be sweeet. ![]() I live in So. Cal about 45 miles from Downtown L.A. near Ontario, Chino Hills, Chino area. I live in a newly developed but unincorporated area, so we are not a city yet. When we do become incorporated the city will be named Eastvale. <== I know the name is kinda but it is nice. I was born and raised in Texas but moved to So. Cal. to go to college and find a job. I love the weather and being close to the beach and mountains, but I hate the traffic. Oh well. How are things in your neck of the woods? It sucks you will have to be without your camaro while she hibornates, but you can always admire her and sit in her from time to time. Heck, means you will be putting less miles on her and able to enjoy her that much longer. My poor camaro will be getting about 100 miles a day during the week. But hey, those are miles that I will be in my camaro. Traffic will suck a little less being in my gorgeous camaro. ![]() Hope you get a while to enjoy driving her till the weather gets too bad. Good luck.

anyone planning on adding a CAI? If so, which one are you looking at and why? Also, where do you mostly buy from? I had a great place that I bought all my parts from when I had my...mustang (
). They did all my tunes for me as well. I need a new place for these things. Opinions?

I hope my box fits in the camaro. I haven't checked if it will fit yet. If not, I might end up buying a Bazooka. They have a 250 watt 10" one that will probably work well. Plus it is all self contained to save room, which is nice. Anyone have any opinions on the Bazooka?

Hello everyone, I'm joining the 10/25 club. First, it sure seems that I haven't seen any 11/1 TPWs. Has anyone else?
I'm excited like the rest of you; waited 30 years. I ordered a Z-28 ($7,500 - 190hp) in 1980, black with red stripes and interior, 4-speed. I sold it the next year after getting married and buying a house. This Gen5 is the best replacement. I'm getting a 2LT IBM 6m with sun roof. This will be a daily driver, main reason for all season tires. I want to go to a car show in 10 years and keep this somewhat original. So, I'm having the dealer paint the correct silver stripes, upgrade the exhaust and intake, and add sill plates. I've seen all the threads that other vendors have cheaper, better add-ons. But I like being a Camaro purist to a point. |
