my only hesitation with the Z is the fact that I have a 5 month old baby now and I wouldn't be able to drive her around in the Z due to safety laws. I don't think the wife would feel that's a good idea. thanks for the input and I'm jealous. Did you get the 1SS or 2SS? Just curious....I'm trying to decide if the 2SS is worth it being that I want to add the RS and ground fx package so going 1SS would make the difference in cost. I know its all preference but I was wondering if anyone with the 1SS could chime in on "not" having the little luxuries and if they regret not going 2.

I went ahead and got the 2SS. I figured what the heck. I am really not going to do too much to the car except tint the windows. I really like the stock chrome wheels so I don't have a need to change them which is usually the first change I make to a car. I justified the 2SS by not planning on doing anything else to the car, except window tint.

Either way you go, your going to love the car. I do.

nape_FM, CONGRATS and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's and wive's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

I had a '07 Trailblazer with 3SS package (fully loaded with all the amenities). Traded it in on my '11 1SS Camaro. Would do it again without even thinking twice.... Where are my manners? OP congrats on the ride !

I had an 03 350z... Loved it, but once I had kids it had to go. Having the size, power and backseats of the camaro are great! You wont regret going from the z to the camaro!

Congrats on the awesome car!
