I dont know why you want to put cosmetic girl stuff on a badass car such as yours, but edelbrock makes....or made some coil covers out of aluminum a few years ago that actually didnt look like garbage can plastic remolded into an engine cover. They were pricy though. I dont know if they make them for the ls3 or if its an easy mod. But, thats the route I would go. Plastic is for ricers.

My New SuperCharger and the Covers

I just had mine installed a few days ago... Here is a pic of the Covers I modified myself to make work.. It was FREE and they look cool.... It was a time consuming to get the brackets right... They are very steardy and look like the belong there.... See ya

The owner did everything except tune and the twin fuel pump system himself, including the covers:

Anyone have any pics of underside? Or how they snap in get ready to cut mine.

Do you have to make brackets or somtning to hold them in?

Thank You

Not real hard to cut down yourself, I used a dremel tool and bought the brackets from Phastek, I still need to do some finishing work (straighten and sand my cuts) and round some corners but it turned out pretty good. I also plan on relocating the rubber cup for the drivers side to add a little more stability (it needs to move about 1.25" inbound of the cover). I am also painting it to match my custom stripes on the hood. I'll have about $125 and 2-3 hrs. invested in it when I get done. the picture from jsharp above is very similar to the cuts I made.
