number9, the motor likes being pulled to 6700? most i hear is 6200.

Yeah, we have EVIL shifting as close to the rev limiter (which has been raised to 6800) as we can get her. It's definitely a fine line to walk, but I didn't by the car to look pretty.... well, actually I did, but looking pretty while she's waxing some competitor a$$.

In all seriousness, EVIL would not be half the car she is today without Andy Mages and his team at ADM Performance. I am lucky that I found and live so close to those guys.

Dude! I knew the 3:73`s would drop you down, but that was better than I expected! The MPH increase is awesome as well in its own right! Did the ported TB and intake pick up much power? I had thought about doing those but w/ the Whipple blower having its own intake I decided not to do it.

6700rpm is a no no for the L99 AFM lifters. I`m telling ya as a friend, go get the first spot on the list, then for God`s sake, drop your shift point back down or switch out the lifters. If one came apart it could trash your motor. Supercharged SS just had one come apart on Ted`s dyno not long ago and they weren`t even taking it that high in the rpm`s as you are.

Now get back out there and show the LS3 boys, oh and lets not forget the 5.0 boys just what an L99 is capable of!

Bolt on best before blower 12.22@113.29 w/ nothing but ARH headers, catted x-pipe, ADM CAI and a tune on stock Pzero`s!

Thanks for the input, GMRULZ. You're good people! I'm thinking about skinny's and smaller rears soon, and then potentially a move to a 427. Dunno though, I might hold off and put the Z-28 blower on instead, once that comes out and becomes generally available. Either way, you know I am gunning for that number one spot!

Thanks man! I would definetly do the skinny`s and a smaller set on the back, I would think that would give you another tenth and a mph at least. Go in november, another tenth and mph... So you would easily have the top spot, or add a stall converter too and you will never have to worry about the top spot being taken away. You probably won`t have to worry anyway but the stall converter would seal the deal.

427 is nice, and so is a blower, a 427 w/ a blower is really nice!!!Lol...

My race weight was 4066 with me in the car. I had 3/4 tank of gas and a about 80lbs a corner for my wheels. :( My last run was on stock tires whick didn't hook at all and with a 1/4 tank (3980lbs with me in it).

internal mods plus bolt ons ........ car # 69 on the right L99 dod delete , cam , 3200 stall , arh long tube headers , bluecat tune on 17" bogartwheels and drag radials .. 11.933 et at 115.570 mph

Made a few runs last night at Aalabama International Dragway in Steel last night. Here is the information of my best run last night. I will post up my slip when I scan it. I want to give a big shout out to TSP for some great products!
