V6 Misfire 1,3,5

The only thing I have done is to add an Injen CAI (3 or 4 weeks ago) to the headers,hi-flow cats which I had for over a year and had only the O2 sensor code, I checked after the CAI installation. I drove three days before WOT at the track after the Injen was installed. I took it back a couple of weeks later and turned a 9.09 in the 1/8 with it. Took it to dyno it yesterday and have a mis-fire on 1,3, and 5. What do they have in common? Since I had the CEL, I have no idea when the mis-fire occured however on the next pull on the dyno, it mis-fired like crazy. The guy said he couldn't feel the mis-fire the first time but the second time he could.

Just some ideas ... thinking out load. Check those plugs and see if they are fouled. If they are, do they look like carbon build up or burnt. I've got almost the same setup as you and mine was running really rich (11.4). I didn't misfire on the dyno with that AFR, but the curve was very uneven and I lost a lot of power. After putting in the tune to fix the AFR everything was fine. Just the opposite on a mustang with S/C last week. It went lean and burned the plugs on 2,4,6, and 8 and it misfired really bad. So, it could be either condition (or something else) but you might start there. Hope it helps, and I'm sure some of the other folks like ROD1 and scrming will have some more advice.
