Front end thumping noise - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Has anyone come up with a fix for the thumping/popping noise in the front end.
I read in one of the threads where one guy suggested we all get in touch with GM and force them to come up with a fix since it is a built in mfg. problem.It's annoying and eventually will shake the crap out of the car.
Please let me know if you you are aware of a fix.

My dealer put it on a lift, and checked all the bolts. None were loose, but when it cam off the lift, the thump was gone. Used to be on older shock cars, cycling the shocks would stop the popping sound. MAYBE extending them on the lift fixed mine. Maybe not, but it's gone.
