I have a 2SS/RS Synergy Green.

Almost EVERYONE looks at the car. A few days ago, I was at Taco Bell, and a girl took a photo. The next day, a girl was driving behind me... she took a photo. That night, a guy took a photo of it while I was sitting in it waiting for a friend of mine to get out of the store.

Today, there were a couple of pedestrians who were walking, the one smacked the other in the shoulder, and sharply pointed at my car. They then took out their phones and took photos. Just up the road from that, a girl took a photo of my car with her phone at the intersection... she tried to be discreet (and failed - I work for a mobile carrier; I pay attention to peoples' phones...)

I had it to a car show one week after I got it, put on by KCSR (local to Kansas City). It made it in two of the twenty or so photos put on their site; one of them being exclusive - there were about 300 vehicles in total. I was wearing a green shirt at the car show. A lot of people approached me, realizing it was mine. Over twenty... yes, twenty, said, "I didn't know you could get that color in an SS."

You can for 2011.

It gets SO much attention. I thought my Canyon got a lot of attention when I bought it in 2004. It amazes the heck out of me, that's for sure. Kids LOVE it, as well. So many kids stare at it; it's like a green Bumble Bee!

It blows my mind. I don't think you'll have a problem getting attention...

Ah, so you're the other one in the country with a 2SS/SG (probably not really, but that is how it feels). Do you have M6 and Hurst STS? What color are your stripes? You may have the same exact build as me!

To quote the legendary Buford T. Justice "That's an attention getter." Attention getter? That's an understatement, LOL. I got my Synergy Green 2SS/RS on Thursday October 14, at 8:30 PM. No joke, on Friday morning October 15, 6:00 AM the Saratoga Springs Police Department is sitting in front of my house checking out my car. Unbelievable not even ten hours old and I'm on their "radar". Kids were coming around from all over my neighborhood to take pics as someone said above the "Green Bumble Bee" with their phones. Everyone seems to have some kind of comment. I had it at work a couple of days later (we have a family business) and my father goes outside and these two customers are taking pics in front of my car, one shooting the other, again with their phones. I think I've nearly caused a few accidents since getting my car. Two days ago another customer couldn't stop raving about it. He was kinda having a midlife crisis right before my eyes, hilarious. A truck from my local municipality stopped in the middle of the road!!! I was stopped at a light, and the guys in the truck leaned out the windows phones in hand to shoot it. Synergy Green is an amazing color and I wouldn't change it for any reason. I just didn't realize when I ordered it that it would end up being a celebrity car like K.I.T.T. or Bumble Bee or maybe an M1 Abrams tank. I love my car but if you don't want or can't stand being the center of attention buy another color. With all of that said however this car in this color ROCKS and I love it!!!

Our SG camaro is being built this week. I have only seen one other one in our area. My wife had her heart set on a blue one with white stripes till we walked into the dealership and they had a SG car sitting on the showroom floor. We both said at the same time. "That is the color" After 20 years of driving kid haulers she is excited to get back into a sports car. This will ge the perfect compliment to her 68 Firebird 428 that I am just finishing the restoration on. It's a hot color. Can't wait.

Based on your signature and these comments, I think we have the same exact configuration in our cars. Does yours have a sunroof? If so, you have my car (I have your car?)! I wouldn't change its color for the world.

Yes it does have a roof, the only thing I did different was not to order polished wheels. I like the midnight silver wheel better with the Cyber Gray Stripes. Does yours have a Hurst?

M6 with the Hurst and black stripes. I have had it for two weeks now and have probably had a dozen people take it's picture.

Which wheel did you do? Polished or Midnight Silver. If midnight then we have identical twins. If polished then fraternal twins. Either way though both AWESOME kids.

This is NOT helping me. I had an offer given to me on a beautiful SG from Tom Henry and due to personal reasons, I had to decline. Starting to think that was a really poor decision on my part. Personal problems be damned...this is a stunning car!
