Becaauusse...the point in having the 2008 sign-up here was to give "publicity" to a new site. It has/had nothing to do where the majority of its members were from.

And the decision to have the sign-up here in 2008 was discussed between Scott and myself. (I do believe Scott to be in the right frame of mind as well.
