Mine took 3 try's. They couldnt get the SS centered. Only get 4 characters on these plates. Love Dale and the color scheme was a great fit over the normal NC plates.

In a way mine will be personalized, it will be govt issue for "Disabled Combat Veteran US Armed Forces".
or something to that nature, they change them up every few years.

Well first my plate "5inister" got denied after waiting a couple of months because they said a number cannot be used as a letter because of confusion. I placed a new order for "blownls3" and I just got denied for that one also because they think its vulgar. Im really about to give up on the personal plates. Cali seems to fail everything I ask for. 8(
