Is an 8 rib necessary at 10psi? Or are you staying ahead of future upgrades?

It really all depends if you are experiencing slippage. I spun my blower at 10.5 psi for a year with a 3.4, 6 rib pulley, and had zero slippage. Some guys see slippage with a 3.6, 6 rib. I guess its a crap shoot. I just went to the 8 rib because we dropped a pulley size to a 3.2 and wanted to be certain that I would have no slippage. Plus it looks cool!

That's what I wanted to hear. I'm adding a Maggie TVS2300 to my GMC with forged LQ4 6.0L. Hoping for 600rwhp while stayiing under 10psi and not having to fool with a drive upgrade.

Got the Text - Not good!!

His old 60 ft times were 1.56-1.6 with 580 rwhp....Lets just say the new found power and torque are killing the tires...Said he will try a new pressure ,but the line is about 1.5 hrs between runs..only got 1 run so far!:(

Update - 2nd run 7.02 at 102.20 at a 1.7 60ft.....Now we just need that 1.5 to come back!

Nice video!! I hope to be there at that level.... someday...

Meth injection? I didn't see it on the list. Just wondering how far one can go without it.
