Hopefully brother, dont forget once we get our rides we have to meet up !!!!!! two brand spanking new IOM camaros rolling down the 710 freeway, now that just sounds like a beautiful sight to see !!!

I still don't have mine either. It is still on a railcar I presume. I haven't heard from my dealer since last week, so methinks a call is in order. I am super happy that a lot of you have received yours.

We made arrangements to pick ours up Thursday! The weather looks like it will cooperate since we're trading our Harley Street Glide. We hate to see it go but the Camaro is so much more suitable as a family venture (we never found time to ride the cycle since we like to include our 14 year old son in our activities). Since the day the Gen5 was introduced, he's been enthralled with them and it's great to see him have an interest in cars and wrenching on them. Three days and counting!

It certainly was a long wait and I hope those of you who haven't received yours yet get good news very soon. Really, though, the wait has been kinda fun thanks to Camaro5!!! Hopefully we'll get some pics up for the weekend.

FYI... I hear the SMOG LAWS here in Sunny California are going to make a major change here real soon. I know the ones that just went into effect Jan 2010 are SCREWED! I have 2 diesel vehicles that have never been smogged and now they are required to be. It cost me $370 just to get my F350 back to smog compliance even with only a CARB approved chip!!! Stand by California Camaro owners!!!!
