yeah but why wouldn't they just say the owner has the choice between the v8 or v6 camaro. we know that the 1st zr1 had a one of akind paint that no one else will have. i think they are alowing the 00001 owner to trick out the camaro to the specs that they want. they kept ephasizing this. i guest it is only a matter of time until we find out what that camaro will be.

I said $225,000.00 in the other post prior to the bidding. So I guess I will wait on the one I ordered but will still enter contests as long as they bring them out.

I'm entered into a contest for this May through a local company to win a new Camaro.

I don't know if it'll be one that they pick or one of my choosing, but I'm fairly certain that they won't actually have the car in May. Doesn't matter to me though, I was planning on waiting a while anyway.

I was thinking the samething. If I paid $350K, I wouldn't mind having it built with an LS7 or an LS9.

Even if I had as much money as that guy... I would never pay that much for a $33k camaro, I know it's an auction for the first one but still. I would get a Lamborghini.

i was dissapointed....i thought for sure that it would go for more than the challenger. oh well not bad for a mid 30k car. I wonder what specs he will order?

what you don't understand is that he already owns a lam, what he doesn't have is a 2010 100001 Camaro until now. someone with that much money can have anything they want almost.

I noticed a few things about last night's car.
1- The stripes wrapped over the spoiler

2- The stripes did not make it onto the roof

Is this going to be the actual production application?

I would imagine.

P.S. : As far as i can remember, they have never shown the 2010 with roof stripes. That wasn't a terribly common thing for Maro's in the past either. Not to say there aren't some examples, but roof stripes are more of a mustang thing.

stripes have NEVER been on the roof of production camaros and IMO that looks like ass anyway.

Beatiful car. I do like the stipes over the spoiler, and this color combo is on the very top of my short list, although this car is so beautiful I am having a really hard time making my final color selection.
