I live on a ranch and have to drive down a 3 mile dirt road everyday, CAI?
Should I stay away from a cold air intake?

Maybe a Silverado would have been a better choice for you. j/k, I have cold air intake in my truck that goes through dust in our orchard and no problems....just avoid water hydrolock. You will want to clean the filter more often.

No. Go with a ADM or CAI, inc. They both have a cover. Plus the filter is oiled and that will help on the dust. You might just need to clean it every month or so.

I would say that in a high dust area such as yours, an Outerwears filter cover would be a good investment. We use them on 850HP alcohol dirt sprint car and modified engines all the time. Here is a link:
