I hate cops

Front tags are ridiculous. I'm glad I'm in SC where there are no vehicle inspection stickers or front tags to mess up the look of the car.

I second the not-hating-cops part. I get pretty ticked sometimes if they catch me, but I understand they're just doing their job and enforcing the laws of the city or state.

Whatever happened to taking responsibility for your own actions?
I am not running a front plate either even though one is required here in WI. And I make damn sure all my stuff is up to date on insurance.
May someday get stopped for the no front plate but I will not hate a cop for doing his job knowing full well I was the one disobeying the law that he only ENFORCES and does not WRIGHT.
Man up and pay your dues.

i hate cops for doing their jobs too!

in fact, i had a fire in my house, and some ass hole came in and sprayed water everywhere!!! i hate those guys too!

Wasn't this website created by a cop who loved camaros? Odd, and it seems like someone let all the morons out in one week to share their difficult life experiences with us. What a terrible country we live in under such an iron fist that is our law enforcement....move to russia or china. I am sure you won't need a front plate there...or a free will. Not that you of all people really deserve one.

You really need to get over yourself with the "but I already made it to my driveway" garbage. If you committed the violation OUTSIDE of your driveway they can certainly stop you in your driveway or even give you the ticket in the mail or at your door step. I guess if you get in an accident you can tell the judge "oh no, it is ok....I made it to my driveway"..."not guilty"

Joe.....sorry, but suck it up.....did he give you a "FIX IT " ticket for the plate? if so....get one of the NONE DRILL options for the front plate, install it....take pictures and bring them with you to court, if not, pay it and make the choice to either do as I suggested, or take your lumps when you get another one.....and bring your current Insurance papers that were ACTIVE and VALID on the date of the stop....OR pay the fines.

Lastly, to the OP and otehrs you all may hate the front tag law. (I live in FL so I avoided it as well thank God). But there is a method to the madness believe it or not...have any of you noticed it is predominately in states that have high rates of vehicle theft? Do the math everyone...officers can run tags from the front and rear eliminating a stealth element if a vehicle is backed in or driving the opposite direction. Whether you believe it or not the law is in place to help YOU and only YOU from losing your baby.

I know...it is rocket science. Thank God I am here to dumb it down...
