Latest update - I emailed my salesperson and told her I had been tracking my car from day one and now that it had shipped I would like to continue tracking. I said this is a once in a lifetime event for me and could I please have the rail numbers. Before long I got an email back with the ETTX number. The first call only confirmed the shipping date, but it is a start.
As it turns out I did not have to play the "survey" card. Thank you for your support.

I'll be in sunny Homestead FL this weekend for the Nascar race, but I always take my computer so if anyone needs a midwife I'm here.

I like that term, midwife, very appropriate.

Not really looking for tracking because for one i was told it would be around late november/early december. Just getting antsy!!! Cant wait!

However seeing This from Swedeandblondie.... That's basically the same time give or take a few days for the inital order from the dealer. That being said my dealer said they used one of their 2 allocations to put the order in, whatever that means....

I guess mine has to be here soon if the initial order was roughly the same no? I dont think i can bug my dealer much more HAHAHA, maybe i should go visit him tomorrow....

Actually, i just checked the factory order paper and the order was signed on Oct 9th....

1100, Order placed at Dealer, dealer has not received allocation = 10/13/2010
1102, Order entered = 10/13/2010
2000, Order accepted by GM = 10/18/2010
2500, Order preferenced = 10/19/2010
3000, Order accepted by production control = 10/19/2010, TPW 11/15

there are 6 days in a work week.....
